This one-hour webinar will identify new patients and existing opportunities and will go through what these experiences should look like for the patient. We will learn how to introduce or reintroduce the patient into the practice and then gather pertinent information through questions and messaging to reconnect and create your practices’ ideal vision to create value.  We will review listening skills, valuing what the patient is saying both, directly and indirectly, to tie to their core objectives for being at the practice. We will show how to efficiently and effectively gather information to discover how to help our patients and explore all opportunities and possibilities.

He is a Clinical and Practice Development Executive for Arrowhead Dental Laboratory and the Dr. Dick Barnes Group. He has been in the dental industry for over 30 years. Originally from Chile, Hernan moved to Utah where he completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, Hernan continued his studies and received a Master’s in Business Administration, with an emphasis in international management. Since then he has visited and worked with hundreds of dental practices alongside Dr. Dick Barnes. Hernan specializes in strategies and techniques for increasing efficiencies and productivity in dental practices, so they can become strong businesses.
